Home screen

The “Epopee of Pleven” panorama in dark tones, with the date, venue, and a registration button right on the first screen.

The chamber had a date, a venue, speakers, and a poster. What they needed was a way for people to sign up and pay without the organizers losing hours on matching transfers.

Who has paid?

The fee is paid by bank transfer. When the reference just says “forum fee”, it's impossible to tell who paid what across dozens of transfers.

The program changes until the last minute

Speakers, topics, and times get settled over weeks. If every change goes through a developer, the site is always behind.

Different fees and a gala dinner

Pleven chamber members pay one fee, colleagues from other chambers another, and the gala dinner is optional, with different menus and companions.

A site that takes the participant from “I want to come” to “I've paid” and gives the organizers the full picture.

1

Registration in a minute

Name, phone, email, city, and workplace. The participant picks a membership type and the gala dinner, sees the total, and submits. The form was designed for a phone first.

2

A unique code for every transfer

Every registration gets a code like ДФ-2026-0147. It appears on screen with a “Copy” button and in the email, together with the IBAN and the amount. The participant puts it in the transfer reference, and the organizer recognizes the payment at a glance.

3

Emails without manual work

The participant receives a confirmation with the instructions, the organizer a notice for every new registration. When the payment is marked as received, the participant also gets an email confirming it.

4

A participants dashboard

All registrations in one place, with the status “awaiting payment”, “paid”, or “cancelled”. Search by code or name, sorting, and an export for Excel for the accounting.

5

Content in the organizers' hands

Speakers, program, sponsors, gallery, fees, and dates are changed from a dashboard in Bulgarian. No developer and no waiting.

Instead of a plain “thank you”, the form is replaced by everything needed for the transfer. The reference is shown large, with a copy button, because that's what connects the payment to the registration.

Most colleagues sign up from their phone. Every screen is laid out for a small display: large buttons, the right keyboard for phone and email, and no unnecessary scrolling.

The forum is meant to repeat. That's why text and photos aren't baked into the design - for the next edition the organizers change the date, speakers, and program in the dashboard, while the domain, design, and form stay.

The same domain

dentalforum-pleven.bg serves every edition, and everything built up around it stays.

New speakers and program

Organizers enter them in the dashboard, just as they did for the first edition.

This year's edition becomes “from past editions” for the next one.

The site went live two weeks after kickoff, with the real program, speakers, and sponsors. Registrations come in with a code, and the organizers manage the content themselves.

Answers to the questions clients ask us most often

The participant fills in a short form on the event website and immediately gets a unique registration code, the amount, and the bank details on screen and by email. The organizer receives a notice and sees the registration in a dashboard, where they mark it as paid once the transfer with that code arrives.

Yes. Online card payment is added as a separate module. For this forum the chamber chose a bank transfer with a unique code - no transaction fees and no contract with a payment provider.

Yes. Content is managed from the dashboard, so for the new edition the organizers change the date, speakers, program, and fees without building a new site.

Two weeks - from kickoff to a working site with registration, emails, and a dashboard for participants and content.
