Problem: Organizing thousands of products into the right categories, correctly for SEO, is slow and error-prone by hand. Done manually it would have taken about two weeks of heavy work.

Solution: We used OpenAI's API to analyze product names, descriptions and specs, determine the optimal category structure (150+ categories), and assign each product automatically. We then reviewed the output manually.
