VercelPorta 3D is our own product for real estate. Agencies, agents, developers, and owners use it to show a property online as a walkthrough instead of a set of photos. The site is in English for the European market and in Bulgarian at porta3d.com/bg.

A real walkthrough plays in the background. The offer fits on the first screen: 3-5 minutes of recording, a link within 2 hours, a price from €90.
Buyers want to see a property before they travel to it. The existing options were either expensive and slow, or didn't give a real sense of the space.
A technician costs time and money
The classic 3D tour means booking a technician with a special camera, paying for travel, and waiting days. For an ordinary flat it rarely pays off.
360 photos jump
Panoramas show the room from a few fixed points. The buyer clicks from point to point and doesn't get a real sense of the space.
Agents have no time
An agent who shows ten properties a week won't spend an hour on a tripod in each one. Whatever the solution, it has to fit into a normal viewing.
Not just a website, but the whole path from “I'm at the property with my phone” to “the buyer is walking through it”.
Recording that fits into a viewing
The agent walks through the property with a phone for 3-5 minutes. No app to install and no extra equipment. A short recording guide on the site explains the few rules that make the difference.
Upload straight from the phone
A walkthrough video weighs hundreds of megabytes to a few gigabytes. We built the upload so it goes straight to cloud storage in parts and survives a weak connection, without passing through our servers.
Processing without people
When the video arrives, the system checks it and starts the processing on cloud GPU servers by itself. When the walkthrough is ready, it goes online and the client gets an email. If the recording isn't good enough, the client is told exactly what to record again. The processing itself is our own development, the result of months of tests, and we keep it in-house.
Our own viewer
The walkthrough opens in the browser, on a computer or a phone. Around it we added a strip with the rooms, a floor plan with “you are here”, and a joystick for walking on a phone. The buyer installs nothing.
Payments, teams, and administration
The first property is a free preview. After that the client pays by card and gets a link, an embed code, and a QR code for the sign. Agencies invite their agents into a shared account, and we see every walkthrough and its status in an admin panel.
Agents record, upload, and send the link from their phone, and buyers often open the walkthrough on one. That's why every screen was designed for a small display first.

Porta 3D went live in October 2026. The first video uploaded from a phone went through the whole chain on its own: upload, processing, a published walkthrough, and an email to the client, with no one touching it.
