Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These terms govern the rights and obligations between Coding Turtles, company ID 208011132, registered office at Pleven, 1 Angel Kanchev St., Bulgaria (the "Provider") and the clients using our services (the "Client" or "You").

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

2. Services offered

Coding Turtles offers the following services:

• Website and web application development
• Redesign and modernization of existing websites
• SEO optimization and digital marketing
• E-commerce store development
• Mobile app development
• AI automation and business solutions
• Website maintenance and technical support
• Consulting services in digital technologies

3. Ordering services

3.1. The Client orders a service by filling out the contact form on the website, sending an email, or contacting us directly.

3.2. After receiving the inquiry, we send a detailed offer with scope of work, timelines, and price.

3.3. The contract takes effect after written confirmation from both parties and payment of an advance (if applicable).

4. Pricing and payments

4.1. All prices are individual and depend on the scope and complexity of the project.

4.2. Payments are made by bank transfer or other agreed methods.

4.4. Larger-scope projects may require an advance payment of 30-50% of the total value.

4.5. Final payment is made after the Client accepts the project.

5. Delivery timelines

5.1. Delivery timelines are agreed individually for each project and stated in the offer.

5.2. Timelines may be extended if the Client delays providing materials or information.

5.3. In case of force majeure (technical failures, natural disasters, etc.), timelines may be reconsidered.

6. Client rights and obligations

6.1. The Client is required to provide accurate and complete information needed to execute the project.

6.2. The Client is required to provide all needed materials (text, images, logos, etc.) within the agreed timeframes.

6.3. The Client is entitled to a set number of revisions specified in the offer. Additional revisions are billed separately.

6.4. The Client is responsible for the legality of the materials and content they provide.

7. Provider rights and obligations

7.1. The Provider commits to executing the order with quality and within the agreed timeframes.

7.2. The Provider guarantees confidentiality of all information provided by the Client.

7.3. The Provider reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

7.4. The Provider is not responsible for content provided by the Client.

8. Copyright

8.1. After final payment, copyright over the final product transfers to the Client.

8.2. The Provider reserves the right to reuse technologies, code, and methodologies in other projects.

8.3. Open source libraries and frameworks used retain their original licenses.

9. Warranty and support

9.1. The Provider offers a 90-day warranty period after project delivery to fix technical defects.

9.2. The warranty does not cover changes to design, functionality, or content.

9.3. Maintenance services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

10. Cancellation and termination

10.1. The Client may cancel the order before work has started, with no penalties.

10.2. If cancelled after work has begun, the Client pays for the work completed up to that point.

10.3. The Provider may terminate the contract in the event of systematic non-performance of obligations by the Client.

11. Personal data protection

11.1. Coding Turtles commits to protecting clients' personal data in line with the GDPR and applicable national legislation.

11.2. We collect only the data needed to deliver the services.

12. Liability

12.1. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the delivered services by the Client.

12.2. The Provider is not liable for service unavailability caused by hosting or internet providers.

12.3. The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the value of the contract.

13. Disputes

13.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement.

13.2. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute is resolved by the District Court of Pleven under Bulgarian law.

14. Changes to the terms

14.1. Coding Turtles reserves the right to change these terms.

14.2. Changes take effect once published on the website.

14.3. By continuing to use our services after the changes, you agree to the new terms.
